New yard landscaping was done and looks really great and sophisticated. The right side is all cement, the left side has a beautiful path with ridge blocks and white rocks. The back side has a grass space, small rocks, red mulch to place plants in large plant holder, and two fan palm trees to give the beautiful grand pool some shade and to have a peaceful area to relax. There is a nice white fence. The shed in the back 15x15 has the look of a small house with landscaping around. Great house with newer fence, roof, air conditioning, water heater, plumbing, and new resurface of pool. Newer cabinets with granite countertops. Central Air Condition and heating are newer. Newer tile throughout most of the house. Porch and pool screen. Small house shed in the back used for storage. The great thing is that the home is disability accessible, and the primary bedroom has a disability bathroom. New driveway and new remodel of back yard. The right side of the yard has a closed area to keep dogs.
