Off season rate ( May - September ) is $2000, Fall rate ( October, November and December) is $3000 and seasonal rate ( January, February, March and April - 2026) is $4500. We are looking for minimum 4 month rental in 2025 and same for 2026 - tenant has to be 55+ and NO pets. To move in all 4 months have to be paid up front including $350 cleaning fee and $100 non refundable application fee. Rental application must be submitted to the HOA 30 days prior to move in.
